How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- After signing up for a paid membership, go to the "Membership" tab on our homepage.
- Click on "Cancel Subscription," and your subscription will be canceled.
It's that simple!
I suddenly can't access the members-only page, but my payment should have gone through. What should I do?

Why can't I use JCB, Diners Club, or Discover cards for membership payments?
Due to current limitations in our payment system, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover cards can only be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY), whereas our website operates in US Dollars (USD). Therefore, payments with these cards are unfortunately not supported at this time.
